Guests must provide photo ID.

No smoking. No parties or events. No pets.

Not suitable for children under 5.

Guests who cancel 30 days or more before check-in will get back 100% of the amount that they’ve paid. If they cancel between 30 and 14 days before check-in they’ll get back 50%. If they cancel less than 14 days before check-in there is no refund.

Check-in time is from 2pm unless otherwise arranged.

Check-out time is 10am unless otherwise arranged.
